THE BRA VOYAGE

Free The Girls collects bras to help provide job opportunities to women rescued from sex trafficking in developing countries. But, do you really know what happens to your bra after you donate it to Free The Girls? The process of handling bra inventory is no small feat and involves numerous people across thousands of miles.

Follow the journey in our new pictorial blog, The Bra Voyage.

Exciting New Partnership

On March 15, 2014, the Federation of American Women’s Clubs Overseas, Inc. (FAWCO) announced Free The Girls as the chosen beneficiary organization of the FAWCO Target Program: Human Rights for Women. The announcement was made at FAWCO’s Interim Conference in Brussels, Belgium. As part of this partnership, FAWCO has pledged to raise over $120,000 for Free The Girls over the next two years to help fund domestic infrastructure and expansion to support FTG’s recent expansion into three countries with six program locations.

More Ways to Give

In 2014, Free The Girls has added two new ways for you to support our programs:

  • Monthly Giving: Help us expand to new locations and offer more services using our new monthly giving option.
  • Shop for Us: Check out online retailers who donate a portion of their proceeds to support Free The Girls.
